Its a book that Adam missed: Sandman.  Gaiman’s lucid dream of a comic blends superhero’s and the supernatural in a book that has rightly been labeled a classic.

  • 1oz Malibu
  • 1oz kiwi liqueur 
  • 2oz passion fruit juice

Combine in a shake, and shake the shit out of it.

Recipe by Paternoster Chop House

  • 40ml El Jimador reposado
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 20ml Crème de cassis
  • 100ml ginger beer
  • Half capsule of charcoal supplement
  • 1 red jelly snake
  • 1 sour jelly snake

METHOD

  1. Mix the tequila with the lime juice and a dash of sugar, then shake with ice.
  2. Pour the crème de cassis in a highball glass, add a cube ice and poor in tequila mixture, top up with ginger beer.
  3. Add half capsule of charcoal on top and stir it gently.
  4. Garnish with a blackberry and blueberry on a cocktail stick, a maraschino cherry and jelly snakes around the glass.

  • 2 oz peach schnapps
  • 3 oz orange juice
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • 2 oz cranberry juice

Glass: Hurricane

Garnish: Cherry

Carefully layer the ingredients in order in an ice filled Hurricane glass. Garnish.

  • Figs

Muddle figs, vanilla liqueur and scotch.  Strain out fig seeds.  Server in a cocktail glass over ice.  Garnish with figs.

  • 3/4 oz cherry liqueur
  • 1 tsp triple sec
  • 1 oz cream

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

  • 1 part Gin

  • 1 whole Maraschino Berry

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubesAdd all ingredients.  Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with amaraschino berry.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
  • 1 ounce pamplemousse rose liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • Lime Wedge

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, ginger, pamplemousse, and lime juice to an ice filled cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake for about 30 to 60 seconds, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wedge.

  • A bunch of Fruit Punch
  • Pink Lemonade
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Orange Juice
  • 2 bottles of Vodka
  • 2 bottles of White Rum

Mix all together in an igloo container....tastes like regret.

  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1 oz dark creme de cacao
  • 3 tsp confectioners sugar
  • 1 fresh egg white
  • 1/3 cup crushed ice

Add it all to a blender and blend till smooth and frothy. Pour into cocktail glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
