Beam Me Up Scotchie

This week we are begging out month of Gaps in Knowledge, books we feel we should have read before, but for some reason are just getting around to know.  We start with a gap in Q's knowledge, JLA.

• 2 oz Glenfiddich Scotch
• 1 oz Vanilla liqueur
• Figs

Muddle figs, vanilla liqueur and scotch.  Strain out fig seeds.  Server in a cocktail glass over ice.  Garnish with figs.
