• 1/2 fluid ounce coconut-flavored rum 
• 1 fluid ounce cranberry juice cocktail 
• 1 splash lemon-lime soda

Fill an old fashioned-type cocktail glass with ice. Pour strawberry vodka, coconut rum, and cranberry juice cocktail over the ice; top off with lemon-lime soda. Squeeze lime into cocktail, stir, and serve.

Recipe by Paternoster Chop House

• 40ml El Jimador reposado
• 15ml lime juice
• 20ml Crème de cassis
• 100ml ginger beer
• Half capsule of charcoal supplement
• 1 red jelly snake
• 1 sour jelly snake

METHOD

1. Mix the tequila with the lime juice and a dash of sugar, then shake with ice.
2. Pour the crème de cassis in a highball glass, add a cube ice and poor in tequila mixture, top up with ginger beer.
3. Add half capsule of charcoal on top and stir it gently.
4. Garnish with a blackberry and blueberry on a cocktail stick, a maraschino cherry and jelly snakes around the glass.
