Cocktails
Dark Moon Cocktail
Servings 8
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cold-brew coffee
1/2 cup French vanilla coffee liqueur
1/2 cup spiced rum
1 12 oz. bottle Coca-Cola with real sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
Up to 4 hours ahead of serving, combine the cold coffee, coffee liqueur, and rum rum in a large pitcher and stir.
Chill until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, add the cola.
Fill cups with ice and pour over.
Add the heavy cream evenly over top each glass.
Bloody Bite
3 tbsp light corn syrup
2-4 drops red food coloring
3/4 quart lime sherbet, softened
1 1/2 cups pink grapefruit juice
1 1/2 cups club soda
Vodka (optional)
In a shallow dish that is wider than the rim of your glasses, combined corn syrup and red food coloring. use toothpick to mix until the corn syrup is completely red.
In a blender, combine lime sherbet, pink grapefruit juice and club soda.
Add vodka to test for an adult version. Blend until frothy and fully combined, about 10 seconds.
Dip the rim of each glass into the red corn syrup. Turn each glass up right and let the corn syrup drip down the sides.
Pour the punch into the prepared glasses and serve.
Bloody Mary
1 Lemon wedge
1 Lime wedge
2 oz Vodka
4 oz Tomato juice
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 tsp Prepared horseradish
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch Celery salt
1 pinch Ground black pepper
1 pinch smoked paprika
Garnish:
Celery Stalk
Lime Wedge
Green Olives
Parsley Sprig
HOW TO MAKE THE CLASSIC BLOODY MARY COCKTAIL
Pour some celery salt onto a small plate.
Rub the juicy side of the lemon or lime wedge along the lip of a pint glass.
Roll the outer edge of the glass in celery salt until fully coated.
Fill with ice and set aside.
Squeeze the lemon and lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in.
Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake gently.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Garnish with a parsley sprig and 2 speared green olives and a lime wedge.
Daltons Hand Punch
2 ltrs Cola
surgical glove filled with cherry juice concentrate. Freeze. Take off rubber glove and throw it into the punch bowl.
