A cocktail that will have you seeing the future.

• 1 oz Trader Joe’s Honey Crisp Apple Cider
• 1.5 oz Smirnoff Sour Apple Vodka
• 3 oz Green Apple Jones Soda Co.
• OceanSpray Apple-Cran Ice Cubes with Whole Cranberries

In a cocktail shaker add Trader Joe’s Honey Crisp Apple Cider, Smirnoff Sour Apple Vodka, Green Apple Jones Soda Co. and stir with a long-handled stirring spoon.

Strain into a standard rocks glass with Cranberry Ice Cubes with Whole Cranberries.

Serve.

• OceanSpray Cran-Apple Juice
• Whole Cranberries

1. Fill an empty ice tray with OceanSpray Cran-Apple Juice
2. Add three (3) whole cranberries into each cube.
3. Freeze for 2 or more hours.
4. Use when you need them.

• 1 oz Patrone Silver tequila
• 0.5 oz Jagermeister
• 0.5 oz Yellow Chartreause
• .25 oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
• 1 Egg
• 1 pinch Fresh grated nutmeg

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into a shaker.  Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into a chilled glass.  Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Dark layer:

Light layer:

• 1 large coffee ice cube
• 1 ounce coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
• 1 ounce vodka
• 1/2 ounce amaretto
• 1 ounce half-and-half, chilled
• Dash of cinnamon, optional

Place the coffee ice cube in a rocks glass. Add the coffee liqueur, vodka and amaretto and stir the mixture to combine. Slowly pour the half-and-half over the ice cube. The half-and-half will stay layered on top, forming a white layer on top of the black. Finish with a dash of cinnamon if using. Stir together before drinking.

Cook Notes: To make the coffee ice cubes, simply freeze coffee in large silicone ice cube molds.

• 1 1/2 oz cointreau

Squeeze fresh tangerine, and other ingredients into shaker of ice, shake the shit out of it (#STSOUI) and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with Tangerine peel.

• ½ shot Absinthe
• ½ shot Zwack (Jagermeister will work too)
• 2 tsp. Simple Syrup
• 1 Splash Grenadine
• Fill rest of the glass with Club Soda

Mix the absinthe, syrup, and soda water in a smaller glass (a perigord absinthe glass is used in the picture) until the drink becomes opalescent.  Add ice if you prefer the drink really cold. Before serving, add the Zwack and grenadine.  Both will settle nicely, leaving a nice orange on the top and a deep crimson below.

Unfortunately, Phoenix Downs may not be 100% effective when raising the dead.

This is from a French Website so pardon the French/Google Translate.

Recipe for 2 people

• 10 g of grenadine syrup (decoration)
• 15 g caster sugar
• 20 g grenadine syrup
• 20 g of Bourbon
• 10 g lychee liqueur Soho
• 95 g of fresh cherry juice
• 8 g of cherries per person
• Some ice cubes

Pour the granulated syrup and sugar in a small dish. Gently soak the glass in the grenadine syrup. Dip gently into the sugar. Let it dry. Pour 20 grams of grenadine syrup, then 20 grams of Bourbon. Pour the 10 g of liqueur of lychees, complete with the juice of the cherries. Place the cherries on the toothpick and then on the glass. Add ice cubes.
