• 2 oz Ilegal Reposado Mezcal
• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz All Spice
• 1/2 oz Orgeat
• 1/4 oz Carpano dry Vermouth
• 1/4 oz Apricot Juice
• 2 dashes tea pot bitters

Shake all the ingredients together and strain into a coup glass.  For the drink shown, he garnished with corn silk, and sprayed some absinte on the ends to get the fire going.

• 1/2 oz. Blueberry Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis
• 1/2 oz. Baja Rosa
• 3/4 oz. Herring Cherry Liqueur
• 3/4 oz. Chambord
• Top with Pomegranate Juice (e.g. POM Wonderful)

Mix all ingredients together, and top with Pomegranate juice.

Not that we recommend reading this book.  Its probably safer just to listen to us bitch about it.  But if you do read it, your gonna want a drinking game to ease the pain.
