The Adonis — Funnybooks and Firewater

This week we are reading Fun Home, Alison Bechdel's story that deals not only with her own coming out as a lesbian, but her closeted father's life of secrets and his eventual suicide. The is also the basis for the Tony Award winning Musical of the same name.

1.5 oz La Ina Fino Sherry
1.5 oz Perruchi sweet Vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Lemon Twist, for garnish.

Stir all ingredients (except garnish) with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
